Material Description:

Granular material generally refers to the material with good fluidity, not easy to be bonded and without much initial water content, such as, yellow sand in the dry powder mortar industry, all kinds of specific dimensioned sand used in the foundry industry, blast furnace slag used in the building materials cement industry, small size clay, small particles of dust material, limestone, quartz sand, slag, iron ore, sulfuric acid slag, iron ore powder, bentonite, fly ash, quartz sand, the sand of the sea and pomegranate sand, etc. used in the chemical industry, which are anti chemical changes and anti-high temperature.

Process Flow

1.The sand will be fed into the hopper by the wheel loader after a period of time natural dehydration, and fed to the conveying device by the feeder at the bottom of the hopper, and then transported to the feeding head end of the dryer.

2.When material enters the dryer, the special feeder is adopted to do the sealing in order to minimize the entry of the cool air.

3.The heat exchange happens with the hot air introduced from the heat passing through pipe while the material is entering the dryer. The material is lifted up and moved forward with the rotation of the dryer, enter the middle cylinder from the inner cylinder and return, and then move to the discharging end after entering the outer cylinder. The special unloader is still adopted while the material is discharged from the dryer to prevent the cool air and maximize the reduction of the entry of cool air, to increase the efficiency of the dryer and reduce the pressure load of the induced draft fan and the burden of later stage dust collecting.

4.According to the needs, the material can be transported to the finished products’ bin by the conveying device or packed after discharging from the dryer.

5.The air temperature at the discharging end will be reduced to 80-120℃ with increased humidity, After the heat exchange, the air temperature in the discharging end is reduced to 80-120℃ with the increased humidity, under the function of the induced draft fan, it will be discharged into the atmosphere after the primary and secondary dust remover processing.

 

6.The fully automatic PLC control can be adopted in the equipment of complete set of drying system. There are temperature measuring devices both at the feeding and discharging end of the dryer hoist, which can be linked with inverter of the blast stove, feeder, and induced draft fan, dryer hoist, to reach its best performance and highest capacity with the least man power.

The material temperature is < 50℃, which can be directly entered into the material warehouse, and cooling device is not required; tail gas temperature is low, the dust removal equipment is with longer service life.

Its covered area is 50% less than that of the single cylinder dryer, construction investment reduced by 50% and the electricity consumption is reduced by 60%, the layout of drying system is compact with simple process flow.
